About the Role
This is an on-site, entry-level role based in Vilnius. As a Junior Investment Analyst, you will support the Capital Markets team with numbers-driven analysis, data preparation, documentation, coordination, and other hands-on technical tasks throughout real estate transactions. We are looking for strong numerical aptitude, accuracy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, check, and structure property, market, and financial data in Excel.
Prepare and update calculations, comparable analyses, financial models, and other analytical materials under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Prepare standard transaction and client materials, including teasers, presentations, reports, and supporting documentation.
Assist with detailed technical and administrative tasks for ongoing transactions, including data checks, file preparation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate documentation and communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Set up, maintain, and quality-check virtual data rooms and transaction document folders.
Research and compile property, company, and market information for the team and clients.
Maintain CRM records, databases, and internal trackers, ensuring information is accurate.
Main Requirements
Strong numerical aptitude and confidence working with data, calculations, and spreadsheets.
Careful, methodical approach with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and readiness to learn new analytical and data-management tools.
Willingness to perform detailed technical, data-processing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree (or a final-year student) in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary (gross): 1200-2200 €/month. The final offer will depend on your experience, competencies, and ability to achieve targets independently.
