About the Role:
We are looking for an Investment Advisor to join our Capital Markets team in Vilnius. This role combines client advisory, transaction execution, and analytical work. You will be involved in preparing high-quality investment materials and financial analysis, executing real estate investment transactions, and managing deal processes.
You will work closely with investors and property owners, contributing directly to successful transactions in the Baltic commercial real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of real estate investment transactions (acquisitions and disposals), including identifying and engaging potential investors.
Prepare and present investment proposals, marketing materials, and transaction reports.
Develop and review financial models and perform in-depth investment analysis.
Manage transaction processes end-to-end, coordinating internal teams, clients, and external advisors.
Identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic recommendations to clients.
Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and investment strategies in the Baltic region
Main Requirements:
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Experience in real estate, finance, or sales is a strong advantage

Salary (gross): from €2400 month, depending on your experience, competencies, and ability to deliver results independently, plus attractive performance-based bonuses
