About Newsec in the Baltics
Newsec is a leading service company in the real estate industry, offering a full range of services to investors, property owners, and tenants. With a strong presence across the Nordic and Baltic markets, we specialize in Property Asset Management, Advisory, and Investment Management. Since our founding in 1994, we have grown into a team of almost 3,000 highly skilled and motivated professionals, delivering top-tier real estate solutions.
About the Team
Newsec Office Advisory team has been active in the market longer than any other advisory team, having successfully leased more than 1 million sqm of office space across 500+ transactions. We have represented clients such as Tesonet, Vinted, Kilo Health, SEB, Western Union, Telia, and many others — ranging from locally founded startups to multinational corporations.
With deep market intelligence and extensive transactional experience, we possess a unique and exceptional edge in serving our clients and accessing the best opportunities in the market. This creates an outstanding environment to learn, grow your skillset, expand your know-how, and scale your professional network.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious (Junior) Office Leasing Consultant to join our specialized, high-performing office advisory team.
You’ll learn the business by working side-by-side with experienced colleagues (shadowing, joint projects, real deal exposure) while building your own network and taking ownership of real client work.
This is not “a classic brokerage”. We work with designated consultancy attitude: deeply understanding a client’s business needs and what type of environment enable to perform it at best, shaping options, creating value-based proposals, and helping landlords and tenants reach win-win agreements. If you like people, pace, and progress — you’ll feel at home here.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior consultants across the full deal cycle: from market mapping to negotiations and closing.
Build and grow relationships with tenants, landlords, and building managers (calls, events, warm intros, press/market signals).
Prepare client-ready materials: proposals, comparisons, presentations, market insights, and reports.
Coordinate tasks and timelines across multiple stakeholders (project-style execution).
Keep data and documentation accurate: pipelines, notes, meeting summaries, and deal files.
Main Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate (Economics/Real Estate/Business/Management/ or similar). Bonus points for proven proactiveness: internships, part-time work, student organisations, projects, case competitions, or self-started activities.
Ability to take ownership and run things end-to-end: coordinating tasks, stakeholders, deadlines, and delivering outcomes.
Strong Lithuanian & English skills (spoken & written) for client-facing work and documentation.
Confident communication: you’re comfortable reaching out, asking the right questions, and building trust with business stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
Commercial drive and goal orientation: you enjoy working towards targets, learning how deals are won, and staying accountable for results.
Proactive, ambitious, curious, resilient, and consistent — you follow through, keep momentum, and take responsibility for your work.
