Sales Support Analyst
👉 If you enjoy turning complex commercial briefs into clear, data-backed property shortlists that brokers can act on fast, we’d love to receive your CV.
About Newsec in the Baltics
Newsec is a leading service company in the real estate industry, offering a full range of services to investors, property owners, and tenants. With a strong presence across the Nordic and Baltic markets, we specialize in Property Asset Management, Advisory, and Investment Management. Since our founding in 1994, we have grown into a team of almost 3,000 highly skilled and motivated professionals, delivering top-tier real estate solutions.
About the Role
We’re hiring an analytically minded teammate to support our brokerage team with fast, high-quality market and property analysis. Your work will directly power commercial deals by turning client needs into clear, actionable shortlists of suitable sites and assets. This is a back-office analytical role (not sales) focused on research, data handling, and preparing materials that help brokers move quickly.
If you enjoy working with large amounts of information, building structured outputs, and improving workflows with AI tools, this role will fit you well.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales support materials and analytical packs using data from public sources (e.g., cadastral data, property registries, and related documentation).
Research and compile property information for commercial client requests (buy/lease/development scenarios).
Maintain and continuously update availability data across platforms (e.g., Aruodas) and internal databases.
Build and manage sales leads lists and property shortlists based on defined criteria.
Translate complex client briefs into structured research tasks (e.g., finding land plots suitable for industrial development using multiple indicators).
Deliver analysis quickly and clearly so brokers can act fast (e.g., start outreach and cold calls with confidence).
Improve internal research and data workflows by leveraging AI tools and automation where appropriate.
Main Requirements
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with large volumes of data (this is an analytics role, not sales).
Advanced Excel skills (filtering, structuring datasets, formulas; ideally comfortable with building templates).
Ability to prepare a basic financial payback / investment return model (or strong potential to do so quickly).
Comfort using AI tools in daily work (you’re curious, not afraid to test and apply them for speed and quality).
Fluent Lithuanian and good English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in analytical/research-heavy roles (e.g., analytics, research, investment/real estate support, public sector or EU projects preparation) is a strong advantage.
What We Offer
Professional growth and development in the leading real estate company in Northern Europe.
The opportunity to work on distinctive, large-scale market projects.
