About Newsec
Newsec is a leading service company in the real estate industry, offering a full range of services to investors, property owners, and tenants. With a strong presence across the Nordic and Baltic markets, we specialize in Property Asset Management, Advisory, and Investment Management. Since our founding in 1994, we have grown into a team of almost 2,400 highly skilled and motivated professionals, delivering top-tier real estate solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for an Investment Materials & Advisory Support Specialist to join our Capital Markets team in Vilnius. Your main responsibility will be to turn property, market, financial, and transaction information into clear, persuasive, and visually polished client materials. You will prepare investment memos, teasers, proposals, pitch decks, and reports, combining investment analysis with strong business writing and high-quality presentation design.
This is a document- and presentation-intensive role rather than a pure data-analysis position. It is suited to someone who can work confidently with numbers, but who also enjoys writing detailed descriptions, structuring a commercial story, and producing professional Word and PowerPoint materials to a client-ready standard.
Key Responsibilities
Own the preparation of detailed investment memos, including property, location, market, tenant, lease, financial, and investment descriptions.
Create and update client-ready PowerPoint presentations, teasers, proposals, and reports with strong structure, visual hierarchy, and consistent formatting.
Analyse investment cases, market data, comparable transactions, valuations, cash flows, and returns; build or update Excel financial models and translate the results into clear conclusions.
Research, write, edit, and proofread substantial narrative content in English and Lithuanian, ensuring accuracy, commercial relevance, and a coherent investment story.
Draft and coordinate proposals, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, process letters, and other transaction documents under the guidance of senior colleagues and advisors.
Maintain accurate client and investor databases, CRM records, contact lists, and transaction trackers, including regular data checks and updates.
Prepare charts, tables, maps, and other supporting exhibits, ensuring that every document is visually consistent, easy to navigate, and aligned with Newsec's brand standards.
Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support, including document formatting and assembly, template maintenance, file and data checks, virtual data rooms, and coordination of inputs and deadlines.
Main Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, or another professional-services environment is preferred.
Experience producing longer-form business or investment documents, not only numerical analyses or dashboards.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Lithuanian, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills, together with strong visual judgement regarding layout, typography, charts, tables, images, and overall presentation quality.
Strong Excel and financial-analysis skills, including an understanding of valuation, cash flows, returns, comparable transactions, and investment cases.
Exceptional attention to detail and consistency across facts, figures, wording, formatting, branding, and document versions.
Ability to manage several document-production processes simultaneously, coordinate inputs, respond constructively to review comments, and deliver to demanding deadlines.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, supported by strong financial literacy and relevant experience.
