We are seeking a skilled Technical Manager to join our dynamic team at Newsec. As a technical manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and maintaining our diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prepare property management reports for the building owner;
• Supervise and ensure the implementation of various contracts related to property management, including service providers, owners, and clients' obligations;
• Perform regular inspections and audits of managed properties and the documents stored in the property database;
• Implement asset management strategies approved by the owners of managed properties;
• Ensure smooth and high-quality services provided by companies managing the properties (cleaning, technical maintenance, security, etc.);
• Communicate and participate in negotiations with current and potential property tenants.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively;
• Understanding of local real estate laws and regulations;
• Good English skills, both written and spoken, is essential for communicating with international clients and handling property management documentation.

Salary Range:

Gross wage (before taxes): €2 500 - €3 500 per month.
