About the Role
We are looking for an organized and service-minded Office Manager to ensure smooth daily office operations and provide high-quality administrative support to our team. In this role, you will take care of the office environment, coordinate suppliers and purchases, manage documentation, support internal processes, and help ensure that day-to-day administrative matters are handled accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating order, improving small everyday processes, and being the go-to person for office-related questions. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, accounting, employees, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily office operations and maintain a well-organized office environment, including common areas, meeting rooms, reception area, and other shared spaces.
Coordinate office supplies, services, suppliers, and commercial terms, ensuring timely purchases and the best possible conditions.
Manage company correspondence, subscriptions, travel arrangements, reports, and other administrative documentation.
Administer internal document processes in the document management system, including accounting documents, agreements, representation acts, business trip documents, authorizations, and vacation requests.
Support and coordinate KYC, occupational health and safety, reporting, and other administrative processes in cooperation with internal teams and external partners.
Main Requirements
Higher or university education; a degree in business administration would be considered an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with document management system would be considered an advantage.
Fluent Lithuanian, good written and spoken English skills.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Ability to plan work independently, manage multiple tasks, and keep administrative processes well organized.
Service-minded attitude, good communication skills, and ability to cooperate with different teams and external partners.

Salary (gross): 2480-2975 €/month. The final offer will depend on your experience, competencies, and ability to achieve targets independently.
