About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance, and efficiency of building engineering systems and equipment. You will collaborate with clients and service providers, ensure the highest quality, and contribute to sustainable building management.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the proper functioning of building and facility engineering systems and equipment and organize their repairs.
Monitor the quality of service providers’ work, coordinate their activities, and organize tenders.
Oversee building operations and ensure timely repairs.
Advise clients on maintenance issues, initiate inspections and audits.
Monitor energy consumption, prepare reports, and propose efficiency solutions.
Collaborate with the Property Manager, plan budgets for maintenance and major repairs, and ensure their implementation.
Coordinate the billing of services and utility charges to tenants.
Main Requirements
Fluent Lithuanian and very good English skills (written and spoken).
Managerial experience in a building maintenance or constructions.
Degree in construction or engineering.
Good understanding of building engineering systems.
Familiarity with laws governing maintenance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
B category driver’s license.

Salary (gross): from 3700 €/month. The final offer will depend on your experience, competencies, and ability to achieve targets independently.
