Client director (Property management)


Newsec – the leading commercial real estate services company in the Baltic region – invites a Client Director to join its team, who will be responsible for managing a high-value office building portfolio in Lithuania. The company acts as an intermediary in real estate investment transactions and in the leasing and sale of commercial real estate, provides property management services, and represents clients’ interests in the development of new or existing properties. Newsec is a licensed provider of property and business valuation services and has one of the region’s biggest research and analysis units. In offering its clients a comprehensive range of services, the company ensures superior quality and expertise.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of account managers, property managers, and support staff, ensuring effective task allocation, smooth daily operations, and high team performance
  • Monitor team KPIs, provide feedback, and support continuous professional development
  • Resolve operational challenges and tenant-related issues, working cross-functionally with leasing, legal, finance, and marketing teams
  • Recruit and onboard talent aligned with performance and service standards, while fostering strong team culture and leadership
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients through regular communication and performance updates
  • Address client concerns related to leases, vacancies, maintenance, and financial issues; support lease renewals and negotiations
  • Provide strategic advice on portfolio optimization, NOI improvements, and market positioning
  • Conduct site inspections and lead regular client meetings focused on performance and asset value growth
  • Implement strategies to enhance service quality, asset value, and long-term portfolio returns

Requirements:

  • Senior leadership experience in property management, working with commercial and office premises, preferably with fund manager or asset manager competencies
  • Proven track record in team leadership and people management
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to independently solve problems and find creative and effective solutions
