Newsec Baltics capital markets team is seeking a self-motivated professional to join our company as an Analyst in our team. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, preparing financial models, preparing market reports and supporting the team in executing transactions. Our team is responsible for providing comprehensive market analysis, advising clients on investment opportunities, and facilitating property transactions.
As an Analyst you will be an integral member of the Newsec Latvia advisory team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Know and be interested in the company's activities and achievements.
- Be interested in all services of the company and be able to present them to potential customers.
- Have a thorough understanding of the real estate market and trends.
- Participate in creating or updating market reviews and databases, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Follow market leaders and submit their insights, reports, and proposals quarterly.
- Search for service sales opportunities and present them to the head of the department.
- Implement consulting projects from contract preparation to completion and invoicing.
- Evaluate, study, and analyze current and future directions of real estate development projects.
- Submit offers, prepare contracts, and accept transfer acts.
- Comply with the company's internal rules.
- Know and be interested in the company's activities and achievements.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of local real estate market and trends.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken, is essential.
