Main responsibilities:

• Overseeing the management of commercial properties, ensuring they operate efficiently, and maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborating with international financial funds in managing their owned assets, with a focus on maximizing property value.
• Ensuring quality communication with leading global and local companies renting premises in managed buildings, addressing various issues related to the premises of the managed properties.

Daily tasks:

• Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. Ensure properties are maintained in excellent condition.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Foster positive tenant relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the leasing process, conducting property showings, participate in preparing lease agreements, and facilitating lease renewals.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and operating expenses. Prepare financial reports, track income and expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance, cleaning, and overall issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Document inspection findings and oversee necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all property transactions, tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and financial reports.

Salary:

• Salary (before taxes): €3,140 - €3,801/month.
