Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Transaction Advisor Assistant at our Vilnius location. As a Transaction Advisor Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the transaction advisors in day-to-day tasks, including market analysis, preparing reports, conducting property assessments, managing documentation, and assisting with client communication. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
